The cadence choppy, alliterations elusive, allusions misaligned,
Yet what remains, what smolders with insatiable intensity:
Desire -- to express, to share, to connect, give, receive,
Somewhere secret, shrouded, supple, strong.
To reveal, and revel; refrain, and release.
